Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between FireSEO (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") regarding the use of the AI-based SEO analysis and management service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to FireSEO and all related services available to Members regardless of the device (PC, mobile, etc.).
• "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's Service, enters into a use agreement with the Company according to these Terms, and uses the Service provided by the Company.
• "AI Data" refers to all text, analysis results, insights, etc., generated through AI models (Gemini, etc.) within the Service.

Article 3 (Characteristics of AI Service and Disclaimer)

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided by AI. AI is based on probabilistic models and may generate factually incorrect content (Hallucinations).
• The SEO analysis results, keyword suggestions, and strategies provided by the Service are for reference only, and the Company does not guarantee specific results (such as search ranking improvement or traffic increase) from applying them.

Article 4 (Data Usage and No Training Policy)

The Company uses data entered or connected by the Member during the use of the Service (Google Search Console, Google Ads data, etc.) solely for the purpose of providing the Service to that Member. Such data is NOT used for training the Company's AI models or third-party AI models (No Training Policy).

Article 5 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

• Any litigation regarding electronic commerce disputes between the Company and the Member shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of theSeoul Central District Court.
• Lawsuits filed between the Company and the Member shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms are effective as of January 13, 2026.
